We will only help warranty with items YOU PURCHASED FROM US!

Most warranties items can be handled direct from manufacturer much faster than we can. 

Our process:  After you email us, we then email the manufacturer on your behalf in most cases. Some manufacturers require minimum orders on our end.  If this applies to your item, your warranty item can and will sometimes be delayed so that we can meet these minimums.  (why sometimes it is faster for you to go direct.
